How NichePressa handles data.

NichePressa is an AI-assisted publishing workspace for niche sites. It helps users create site voice profiles, manage structured item catalogs, generate content plans, create draft articles, edit content, and export or push content to connected publishing systems such as GitHub.

Account information: name, email address, login details, account settings, workspace membership information, and authentication records needed to create and secure your account.

Workspace information: site name, site URL, niche, audience, stance, vocabulary, persona or tone settings, voice profile details, output format, cover image preferences, prompt settings, and workspace configuration.

Catalog and source data: product, game, tool, place, service, or item data; uploaded or imported files; field mappings; metadata; tags; summaries; raw source data; duplicate detection data; and import history.

Article and publishing data: content plans, article briefs, generated drafts, edited article content, metadata, frontmatter, selected item references, generation reports, publishing status, GitHub file paths, and commit-related data.

GitHub and integration data: repository name, branch name, connected account details, authorization status, access tokens or integration credentials, and commit or push results when you connect GitHub or another third-party service.

Billing information: plan type, subscription status, billing email, payment provider customer ID, invoice metadata, and transaction metadata. We do not directly store full credit card details unless clearly stated; payment details are usually handled by the payment provider.

Usage, analytics, and diagnostics data: pages visited, features used, buttons clicked, errors, device and browser information, approximate location based on IP address, timestamps, referral source, and similar information that helps us improve the product and keep it reliable.

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide the NichePressa service, generate workspace voice profiles, process catalog imports, generate content plans and article drafts, save and edit articles, connect to GitHub or other services, push content when you request it, manage billing and subscriptions, provide support, improve product quality, detect abuse or security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

NichePressa uses AI systems to help generate voice profiles, content plans, article drafts, summaries, cover prompts, cover images, editorial revisions, and related outputs.

To provide these features, parts of your workspace data, prompts, catalog data, article briefs, selected item data, and related instructions may be sent to AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar providers for processing.

We try to send only the information needed for the requested feature. You should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, private customer data, medical data, financial data, legal data, or other sensitive information unless you are allowed to do so and understand the risks.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers only when needed to run NichePressa, including hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, AI providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, error tracking tools, GitHub, and other connected integrations.

For example, NichePressa may use Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Stripe for billing, Google Analytics for marketing analytics, Sentry for error tracking, and GitHub for repository publishing when you connect it.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, sale, or acquisition.

NichePressa may connect with third-party services such as GitHub, payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, and storage providers. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for how third-party services handle your information once it is processed by them according to their own policies. You should review the permissions and policies for any third-party service you connect to NichePressa.

NichePressa may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember settings, secure your account, measure usage, improve the product, understand marketing performance, and support analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may break parts of the app.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records.

Some data may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion. If you delete your account or workspace, we may delete or anonymize related data, unless we need to keep some information for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for managing access to your GitHub repositories and connected services.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, export your information, object to certain processing, restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.

California privacy law may give consumers rights such as knowing what personal information is collected, deleting personal information, opting out of certain sale or sharing, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

If you join a waitlist, create an account, or subscribe, we may send you product updates, onboarding emails, or marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We may still send important service, security, billing, or account-related emails.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make major changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or email.
