Rules for using NichePressa.

NichePressa is an AI-assisted publishing workspace for niche sites. It helps users create site voice profiles, manage structured item catalogs, generate content plans and article briefs, generate draft articles, review and edit content, and export or push content to a connected GitHub repository.

NichePressa is a publishing assistant. It does not replace human review, editorial judgment, legal review, SEO strategy, or professional advice.

You may need an account to use NichePressa. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, all activity under your account, making sure your account information is accurate, and telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

"Your Content" means anything you upload, import, write, generate, edit, or connect to NichePressa, including site names, workspace settings, voice profiles, prompts, instructions, catalog data, uploaded files, article briefs, generated articles, edited drafts, images, media, and GitHub repository content.

You are responsible for Your Content. You must make sure that you have the legal right to upload, use, generate from, publish, and share Your Content.

You agree not to upload or publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; contains illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading material; violates platform rules, search engine policies, or third-party terms; or contains private data you are not allowed to use.

You keep ownership of Your Content. NichePressa does not claim ownership over your catalogs, articles, drafts, prompts, or uploaded material.

You give NichePressa permission to process, store, transform, generate from, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the service. For example, we may need to process catalog data to generate content plans, send prompts to AI providers, save article drafts, upload media, or push content to your connected GitHub repository.

NichePressa uses AI to help generate plans, drafts, article content, summaries, prompts, cover image prompts, and other outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, repetitive, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated output before publishing it. You should check factual accuracy, product details, pricing, claims, affiliate disclosures, copyright issues, SEO quality, legal compliance, tone, and brand fit.

NichePressa does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, compliant, profitable, or suitable for publication.

NichePressa does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, affiliate commissions, indexing, or any SEO result. Search engines can change their rules, ranking systems, and policies at any time.

You are responsible for making sure your published content provides real value and follows applicable search engine guidelines. NichePressa should not be used to create spam, low-quality scaled content, misleading pages, or content designed mainly to manipulate rankings.

NichePressa may allow you to upload or import structured data from files, exports, folders, or other sources. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of imported data.

NichePressa may try to detect fields, map data, remove duplicates, and classify content, but we do not guarantee that imports will always be perfect. You should review imported data before using it to generate or publish articles.

NichePressa may connect to third-party services such as GitHub, AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, storage providers, analytics tools, and email services. These services are not controlled by NichePressa.

When you connect or use a third-party service, you are also responsible for following that service's own terms and policies, including the GitHub Terms of Service when using GitHub.

NichePressa is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, data loss, permission issues, repository problems, failed deployments, billing issues, or policy changes.

If NichePressa pushes content to your GitHub repository, you are responsible for reviewing the commit, repository settings, deployment pipeline, and final published output.

In NichePressa, an article may be marked as planned, draft, ready, pushed, or published. A published status inside NichePressa does not guarantee that the article is live on the internet.

Whether content becomes publicly available depends on your website, repository, hosting provider, deployment pipeline, and configuration. You are responsible for checking your live website after publishing.

Some parts of NichePressa may require a paid plan. Paid plans may include limits such as workspaces, articles, generations, catalogs, storage, AI usage, and publishing limits.

Prices, features, and limits may change over time. If payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, your payment information is processed by that provider.

Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or billing portal.

NichePressa may offer beta, experimental, or early-access features. Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, limited, or removed at any time.

You agree that beta features are provided for testing and feedback, and you should not rely on them as final production features.

You agree not to misuse NichePressa. You may not break the law, violate intellectual property rights, upload harmful or malicious files, attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, create spam or deceptive content, impersonate others, bypass usage limits or billing systems, resell the service without permission, or use the service in a way that harms NichePressa, other users, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms.

We try to keep NichePressa reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, hosting issues, AI provider issues, GitHub or API issues, security updates, internet problems, third-party outages, or changes to the product.

We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

NichePressa, including its software, design, branding, workflows, interface, and underlying systems, belongs to NichePressa or its owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or exploit the NichePressa platform without permission. You may use the content you create through NichePressa according to these Terms and your plan limits.

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve the product.

You may stop using NichePressa at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your use creates risk for NichePressa or others, payment fails, we are required to do so by law, or the service is discontinued.

After termination, you may lose access to your account, workspaces, drafts, catalogs, generated content, and settings. You are responsible for exporting or backing up important content.

NichePressa is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific goals.

We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic growth, affiliate income, content accuracy, legal compliance of generated content, successful GitHub pushes, successful deployments, availability of third-party services, or that AI output will be original or free from errors.

You use NichePressa at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NichePressa and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, revenue, traffic, data, rankings, business opportunities, goodwill, or content.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to NichePressa in the three months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold NichePressa harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses related to Your Content, your use of the service, your published articles, your catalogs or imported data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of laws or third-party rights, or your use of third-party services connected to NichePressa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we may notify you through the website, app, or email.

By continuing to use NichePressa after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to NichePressa and its owners, unless another law is required to apply. Any disputes will be handled in the courts that have proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
